Payment Methods
Under Our Rainbow Shoppes accepts all major credit cards. All credit card purchases made via our web site are secure and your information will not be viewed by anyone. We are happy to accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and all debit cards displaying any of these credit card logos.
Order Tracking
Orders for in stock items received by 1:00 PM EST will be shipped that same day. We will send you an email confirmation of your order and include the UPS tracking number. You can track the current status of your order by logging on to UPS.com and entering your tracking number.

Shipping
Standard shipping is UPS Ground. Standard delivery packages should reach the shipping destination within 5-7 business days after your order has been processed. Express service (2 day) is available as well as Overnight service for next day delivery. Saturday delivery is also available. Please select your delivery preference at the time of checkout.

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and other countries incur additional charges. Please contact us for these fees. USA, United Kingdom and European Union residents pay no additional import or handling charges. For all other countries, including Canada, the recipient will be liable for import duties, taxes and associated handling charges.
Rush delivery and rush orders must be received by 12 Noon EST and will be shipped the same business day once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders will arrive on the following business day. However, rush delivery is not available Saturday or on Holidays.
Note: Rush delivery does incur additional shipping charges and is not available to P.O. boxes, rural routes, or A.P.O./F.P.O. addresses.
